We take Visa and MasterCard. Other forms of payment are not currently being accepted.

Shipping Information:

At this time, we are shipping by UPS ground only to the contiguous (lower 48) United States. If you have special shipping needs (APO/FPO addresses, Alaska or Hawaii, or overseas addresses) please send an email to the address above with your name and phone number. Our customer service team will get in touch with you to see what can be worked out.

Refund / Return Policy:

If you want to return or exchange your boots because you don't like them or they don't fit, they must be sent back to us in the same condition in which they were sent to you. Justin Discount Boots will not accept boots for return or exchange that show visible signs of wear.

Once you have decided to keep your new boots and begin to wear them, they are no longer eligible for return or exchange merely due to fair wear and tear. If, however, you believe your boots are not holding up due to a manufacturing defect, please email customer service at the address above.
